A: Sounds like the capaciter is doing its job, its charging from the battery, if its not fully charged before the car turns off, it will continue to take in electricity.. unless it has a bypass for when the car is off, some cheap ones dont..

SIBU: Mike Tiong has turned his interest in car audio systems into a source of income after identifying it as a niche market with potential.
“What initially started out as a hobby has turned into a full time profession to earn a living,” said Tiong, dressed in a groovy outfit when interviewed.
He reasoned that the younger generation loves loud music, craving to get their hands on sets that offer high quality sound.
“We are talking about audio systems that produce great sound and not loud noise. By that, I mean you will be able to hear the musical instruments being used such as the guitar and drums as well as vocals,” explained Tiong.
Tiong, who assembles his own audio systems, likens the sound produced by the speakers he created as that heard during a stage performance.
Met at Sibu Town Square Phase Two on Thursday, he advocated a five-way system to churn out great music although some people opted for the three-way system.
He disclosed that the parts for his audio system such as the CD player, sound processor, pre-amp and capacitors were sourced from overseas.
